Answers to the questions we hear the most

I get seasick easily. Is this tour suitable for me?
Yes. The catamaran is stable and designed for comfort. If you are sensitive, we recommend light meals before departure and seasickness medication 30–60 minutes before boarding. Many guests are surprised by how smooth it feels.
Is this tour safe for children and older guests?
Yes. Families are very common on our trips. We provide life jackets in all sizes, shaded areas, and crew assistance when needed.
I cannot swim well. Can I still snorkel?
Yes. You can use flotation devices and stay close to the boat. Snorkeling is optional and you can enjoy the trip from the deck if you prefer.
What if weather is bad?
If conditions are unsafe, the captain will cancel or reschedule. You will be able to choose another date or receive a refund.
How early should I book?
We recommend booking early during high season and cruise ship days, as spots fill quickly.
Do you offer food for vegetarians?
Yes, vegetarian options are available if requested in advance.
Can I bring my own snorkeling gear?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own equipment, although we provide quality gear on board.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile confirmation is enough.
